Welcome to your ultimate Nashville group trip headquarters! This stunning, new construction 4-bed, 4-bath townhome is perfectly designed for bachelorette/bachelor parties, family reunions, or a fun-filled friends' getaway in Music City. A private rooftop deck with a spectacular Nashville skyline view, a fire pit, and games. Plus, you get an epic karaoke stage right in the garage! You're just a quick Uber to Downtown Broadway and are located near the vibrant scene of East Nashville. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a wide island with seating for 4. There is a Keurig coffee maker that can brew individual cups using "K-Cup Pods" or full pots of coffee with capacity up to 12 cups. There are four luxurious bedrooms spread over three stories. Each bedroom either has its own bathroom or a bathroom nearby. Each bathroom is equipped with a light-up makeup mirror and a hair dryer. There is also a dedicated office space with a small desk and a futon. You will have access to the entire townhome. I'll be available by phone during your stay. This home is in a 50 home subdivision. Many of the homes within the community are vacation rental properties. We are located about 4 miles away from downtown. There is one parking space in the garage. There are 5 shared parking spaces across the driveway and numerous parking spaces on the street. We will send you a parking map with additional details prior to check in.
